I'm Krystal Covington. A few years back I started an organization called "Women of Denver," that created a beautiful grassroots community of entrepreneurial women who support each other, provide education to help each other thrive, and love each other as friends.
We began with a focus on friendship, love and community since in a city where so many people are recent transplants, many of us get lonely and simply need a place to find support and personal growth.
Eventually as I moved forward into my own journey I experienced an awakening of sorts where I realized that I might be continuing the cycle we've been in and not forwarding it.
A few things happened that made me realize the need to change.
All of this made me cringe! While I thought I was helping women I was still perpetuating the same cycle of focusing on others, not realizing our own potential, putting money, wealth and success on the backburner, and keeping our wallets tiny as hell. That is NOT ok.
I worked with a consultant to transform my business into a social enterprise that has a mission of helping women earn their worth. Now, we blend financial education with our personal development and have programming dedicated to breaking the trend of women not talking about their own success.
As I go about the world meeting new people, connecting with women internationally and building new relationships outside of Denver I realize there's so many women out there who also need this message. That's why I've created Women Who Badass to bring the solidarity and sheer badassery we've built here in Denver to the global masses.
Women Who Badass is for you if:
To be part of our crew there's two ways to join in the excitement!
1) Join the Women Who Badass online community. We offer a one-month free trial membership to see if you love being part of our vibes. There's online courses and monthly office hour chats with high-achievers and experts.
2) Share your story of badassery for our blog. Simply make a short video telling us how you're badassing along with a few details about who you are and we'll share your story on our blog.
I really hope you'll join this movement with me. It's so important for us all to band together to help more women earn their worth, grow their business, and maximize their life.
